Handling of Personal Information

Pasona Group Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) handles the personal information provided by customers in connection with the welfare beauty salon PASONAGRACE-awaji (hereinafter referred to as “the Salon”) as follows:

The Company may outsource all or part of the handling of personal data to third parties that meet the Company’s standards for personal information protection, within the scope of the stated purposes of use. In such cases, the Company will enter into agreements and exercise necessary and appropriate supervision to ensure that the entrusted parties manage personal data securely.

  2. Development of Rules for Handling Personal Data
    The Company has established “Personal Information Protection Regulations” that define handling methods, responsible persons, persons in charge, and their roles for each stage of acquisition, use, storage, provision, deletion, and disposal.

  3. Organizational Safety Management

    • A Personal Information Protection Manager has been appointed. The scope of personal data handled by employees is clarified, and a reporting system to the manager is in place in case of violations or potential risks.

    • The handling of personal data is regularly audited for compliance with laws, regulations, and internal rules.

  4. Human Safety Management

    • Confidentiality obligations regarding personal data are included in work regulations.

    • Regular training is provided to employees on the proper handling of personal data.

  5. Physical Safety Management

    • Access control is enforced in areas where personal data is handled, and measures are taken to prevent unauthorized access.

    • Measures are implemented to prevent theft, loss, or unauthorized viewing of personal data in devices, media, or documents.

  6. Technical Safety Management

    • Access control is in place to limit the range of persons who can access personal data databases.

    • Systems are protected from unauthorized external access and malicious software.

  7. Understanding External Environments
    When handling personal data in foreign countries, the Company will take necessary measures based on an understanding of the local personal information protection systems.
